“Utility of Her”

A female mannequin torso is repurposed as a functioning lamp, transforming a body designed for display into an object of domestic use.

Stripped of identity and reconfigured as a source of light, the figure occupies an uneasy space between representation and function. The work reflects on how the female body is shaped, positioned, and repurposed within systems of visibility and utility.

Approx. 14 x 40 (including base)
