About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in the digital music and tech world—an environment of high expectations, constant change, and pressure to perform. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility and navigate ambiguity while appearing “fine” on the outside but feeling anxious, depleted, or disconnected inside.
My path into therapy was shaped in part by my own experience navigating high-pressure professional environments and noticing how easy it is to keep functioning while feeling disconnected inside. I became curious about why capable, resilient people—including myself—can struggle to feel at ease or connected when coping through willpower, excellence, and self-reliance. These strategies often later appear in relationships as over-functioning, people-pleasing, difficulty asking for help, or emotional shutdown.
I completed graduate training in Somatic Psychology and practice from a trauma-informed, body-based approach that integrates insight with nervous system support. Together we slow down and explore what you’re carrying in your thoughts, body, and relationships, understanding how patterns like anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and relational distress often develop from earlier experiences. My style is warm and collaborative, helping you build a more grounded and connected way of living.
