About Me

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in the digital music and tech world—an environment defined by innovation, high expectations, constant change, and pressure to perform. I understand what it feels like to navigate ambiguity, carry responsibility, and keep going even when your nervous system is running on overdrive. I also know how easy it is to look “fine” on the outside while feeling anxious, depleted, or disconnected on the inside.

My path into therapy was shaped by a deep curiosity about why so many capable, resilient people still struggle to feel at ease, grounded, or connected—to themselves and others—especially when they’ve learned to cope through willpower, excellence, and self-reliance. Often these patterns also show up in relationships: difficulty asking for help, over-functioning, people-pleasing, fear of conflict, emotional shutdown, or feeling alone even with others.

I completed graduate training in Somatic Psychology, where I developed a trauma-informed, body-based approach that integrates both insight and nervous system support. In my work, I help clients slow down and make sense of what they’re carrying—not only in their thoughts, but in their bodies and relationships. Many challenges like anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and relational distress are rooted in earlier experiences, including attachment dynamics, past relationships, and developmental trauma.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening now while also gently understanding the deeper roots underneath it, so life can feel more grounded, connected, and genuinely yours.
